I received the spirit of Adoption

I am so grateful to be a guest artist over at His Kingdom Come! I have chosen this bit of scripture to inspire my journal page.

Ephesians 1:5
he[a] predestined us for adoption to sonship[b] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—

My dear friend Sue Carey shared this image on Facebook and I just thought it was so appropriate for this particular message. We are Princes and Princesses of the One True King!!

  1. I enjoyed seeing how you go between mediums, especially the pastels and paints. I am inspired to pull out my pastels now and trying using them with paints. I also liked the black background to begin with. I wonder if black acrylic paint would do likewisein my mixed media journal.
